Standard Charge SMS Text Messaging Program
AGI Publishing, Inc. dba Valley Yellow Pages (“AGI”) enables standard charge short message service (“SMS”) text messaging via its dedicated short code 83654. AGI leases keywords to third-party businesses who independently engage in SMS marketing through the use of AGI’s short code. AGI is not a Premium Rate SMS Text Messaging Program.
All text messages sent or received are Standard Charge messages. Users are informed in all confirmation SMS text replies that Message & Data Rates May Apply with the following abbreviations: Msg&Data Rates May Apply.
Opting in to a mobile marketing program for a business is as simple as texting in a specific keyword to 83654.
If you (the user) wish to stop receiving further text messages from a specific business,
you can text STOP to 83654 at any time. By opting in to receive text messages, you
agree that you may receive one final confirmation message should you later choose
to opt out.
If you have opted in to more than one mobile marketing program that uses the short
code 83654, texting STOP to 83654 will stop further text messages from the last
business you received a text from. For further assistance, please contact AGI’s

Frequency of Messages
Because AGI enables numerous businesses to engage in mobile marketing through the use of AGI’s short code, AGI cannot precisely determine how often
any particular user will receive texts. The frequency of texts will depend on the business that is licensing that particular keyword. Users who wish to determine the frequency of texts from a particular keyword should contact the business that is licensing the keyword. If Users do not have the business contact information, they can obtain it from AGI’s customer service department at the phone number or e-mail address shown above.
Current Live Cellular Networks
In the USA, AGI’s system is currently live & operational with the following Cellular Phone Networks: AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Verizon, Alltel, Virgin, Cellular South, nTelos, Cellcom, U.S. Cellular, East Kentucky Network, Immix Wireless, Centennial, Cincinnati Bell and Bluegrass Cellular.
Canada, AGI’s system is currently live & operational with the following Cellular Phone Networks: RogersWireless, TELUS Mobility, Fido, NorthernTel Mobility, Telebec Mobilite, Aliant Mobility, MTS Mobility, SaskTel Mobility, Virgin Mobile Canada and Bell Mobility.

The following are our guidelines for safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. You will not receive subscription based messages to your phone unless you have completed the opt-in process from your mobile phone or an appropriate web form with your express permission granted.
We do not allow:
- Text message SPAM
- Messages to be sent unless they have been requested
- Access to mobile phone numbers
- The exporting of subscriber lists.
AGI may share your demographic (but non-identifiable) data with our clients who request this information for use in analysis.
We may periodically contact you via text message or email to keep you updated regarding new services.
