  1. Sequoia National Park

    This historic landmark you should see at least once in your life. Whether you choose to drive across it is up to you. After viewing the bridge you can walk along the piers and find more great things you won’t want to miss. This includes Alcatraz.

  7. Yosemite

    Along with Half Dome, one of the well known sites, they also have many beautiful waterfalls for you to hike up to or see from the bottom.   8. Six Flags Discovery Kingdom

    Looking for BIG rollercoaster’s? Superman, Kong, and Medusa are three of their larger rides. Plus, they have so much more. Take the time to scream, laugh, and create memories with loved ones here. You can even get a photo keepsake of your “smiling” faces as you go on the roller coaster.

  9. Lake Tahoe

    This lake is absolutely stunning and at some point in your life, you should get a chance to see it. You can spend time on the California or Nevada side. Either way you will love it! There is skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and swimming, so no matter the season, you will be thoroughly entertained.

  10. Redwood National Park

    See some of the tallest Redwood trees in the world. You can drive or hike through these trees. Even on a hot day its cool thanks to the shade and the air is fresh.
