At 9pm we realized our refrigerator was no longer cooling. In the morning I looked in the yellow pages and called the first Appliance Repair I saw . They could not see me for over a week.
No frig for a week !? So I called Sebastian. He answered right away. He could come in a few hours. He was upfront regarding the charge and asked me to tet my address. He called with an update on his time and actually was able to come earlier than he previously thought. The refrigerator was fixed within the hour ! I will call him again!
