Bradley & Sons is a family-owned and operated business, serving the Central Valley for 40 years, through three generations of Bradley's. The company started in the 1970's when Doug and Kim Bradley saw that there was a growing need in the valley for domestic water well-drilling and pump services. They liked the idea of being their own bosses and working with family, so they reached out to other family members who had already been established in the agricultural business. Those family members were interested in expanding into domestic water-supply systems and the business was born. Their sons, Ron Bradley, Rick Bradley, and Rod Bradley run the business now. Every one of them started at the ground floor and worked their way up in the business. Rod vividly remembers digging trenches as a summer job. He and his brothers are glad to now be managing the company operations, but they still don't hesitate to get their hands dirty. The team has over 285 years of combined experience in domestic, residential, commercial, agricultural, and environmental water testing, well-drilling, and pump service.
